Can I change the name on my tickets/voucher or booking confirmation?
Once the vouchers are generated, we are unable to modify the name on them. However, depending on the partner's policy, you may still be able to use your tickets. It's important to note that certain attractions require a valid ID that must match the name on the ticket. To find out if this applies to your booking, please review the "Before you book" section on the experience page. This will provide clarity on whether a name change is possible for your specific reservation.
